Dae serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer alongside Brett Anderson. Dae and Brett chart the overall strategic direction of the company and guide the growth of all its operations, including asset management, tax preparation, and new business initiatives. Dae also serves as President for the firm.
Dae is an Investment Advisor at Cozad where he provides a variety of financial planning, investment management, tax planning and preparation services for high net worth individuals and businesses. Prior to joining Cozad in November of 2021, Dae worked at a public accounting firm for over 19 years where he was a tax partner.
Dae graduated from the University of Illinois in 2001 with Bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy and Finance and is an Enrolled Agent. Dae has also graduated from the Master of Divinity program at Columbia International University.
Dae lives in Champaign with his wife and three children. He is involved in the community in various capacities. Currently, he serves at his local church where he oversees the finance committee and assists with preaching responsibilities. He is also the Treasurer of Champaign County CASA and Treasurer of Salt & Light.
